These terms apply to clinics, hospitals and their staff who use Medistyr at app.medistyr.in. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them.
Your account
- The person who registers the clinic is its administrator and is responsible for the staff accounts they create.
- Keep passwords private, give each staff member their own login, and switch off logins for people who leave.
- Tell us straight away at support@medistyr.in if you think an account has been misused.
Patient data
- The clinic owns its data and is responsible for collecting patient consent and using records lawfully, including under the DPDP Act, 2023.
- Medistyr processes the data only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
- You can export your clinic's data at any time.
Clinical and financial responsibility
Medistyr is a record-keeping and billing tool. It does not give medical advice. Diagnoses, prescriptions, prices, tax rates and bills are the responsibility of the clinic and its qualified staff. Check GST settings with your accountant.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access another clinic's data, get around security controls, overload the service, or use it to send messages patients have not agreed to receive.
Service
We work to keep Medistyr available and secure, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. We may update features. We will give notice of changes that materially affect how you use it.
Ending use
You can stop using Medistyr at any time and export your data first. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other clinics' data at risk.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
